Trish Aguiar has been with Share Lawyers since 2008 and brings over 10 years of experience to her role as the Scheduling Coordinator at Share Lawyers. She is known for her positive demeanor and for going above & beyond for clients. Trish is responsible for the scheduling of all Litigation matters for the firm such as mediations, JADRs, examinations for discoveries, and settlement meetings. She also requests information from clients and third parties, prepares various legal documents, and responds to lawyer, adjuster, and client enquiries. Trish also prepares documentation to the courts required for mediations and settlement meetings. Trish believes in treating clients with respect and empathy and opposing Counsel and their staff with professional courtesy and integrity.

Trish enjoys spending time with her family and friends and taking her dogs to the beach.
