Natalia Wiercioch joined the Client Service team in 2026, bringing with her a genuine passion for helping others. With a background in Behavioural Sciences and many years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, she approaches every client interaction with empathy, compassion, and understanding. Natalia takes great pride in building meaningful relationships and ensuring clients feel heard, valued, and supported throughout their journey.

Outside of work, Natalia enjoys baking, exploring new destinations through travel, spending time by the water, and attending car shows and automotive events.
