Jeremy Richler joined the Share Lawyers team in 2026. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012 and has practiced employment law for more than a decade. His practice focuses on wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, and workplace human rights matters. Jeremy represents employees in senior and executive roles, advocating for the severance and compensation to which they are entitled. He has experience with mediations, settlement conferences, examinations for discovery and negotiated resolutions. Jeremy enjoys negotiation and finding solutions to disputes. His approach combines empathy, judgment and firm advocacy. While a negotiated resolution is often in a client’s best interests, he does not settle for the sake of settling. He is prepared to conduct litigation from beginning to end, including trial, when necessary. Jeremy serves as a director of Toronto Standard Condominium Corporation No. 2912.

Jeremy enjoys spending time with friends, weight training, and reading. He follows current affairs and media, is a passionate music fan, follows baseball, and hockey, and enjoys exploring Toronto.
