Bay joined the Share Lawyers team in the spring of 2025 as part of the HR team, as well as assisting with administrative and bookkeeping tasks. She interacts with current and potential employees to ensure that they are supported in all aspects of the employee life cycle and collaborates with upper management on business related strategy and human resource management. Her education background in psychology, social work, and HR has given her the skills to problem solve effectively and to be empathetic in response to a wide variety of employee queries.

In her spare time, Bay enjoys reading, going on walks with her dog, musical theatre, and crafts.
