Courtney’s Top Spots in Bedford Park

We’ve assembled some of Courtney Mulqueen’s (Lawyer at Share Lawyers) favourite spots in the Bedford Park neighbourhood for you and your family. As the air gets a little cooler, there are still a lot of fun things to do in the area, as well as some great restaurants and bakeries that are open year round.

If you’re in the Bedford Park area, definitely check out:

Stack - 3265 Yonge St.

Stack is an amazing go-to for Courtney. It’s a barbecue joint that specializes in need-two-hands burgers, craft beer, and housemade doughnuts. Go with the kids to check out the extensive menu, and make sure to try the parmesan fries! Yum!

The Rolling Pin - 3429 Yonge St.

Rolling with a theme this month (pun intended), The Rolling Pin has delicious homemade doughnuts as well as other baked goods including cakes and tarts. Known for their maple-bacon doughnuts and pin-up style decor, this is a must visit for the family. Courtney suggests splitting a doughnut - they’re massive, but very worth it!

The Burger’s Priest - 3397 Yonge St.

A great family spot with massive burgers that you can’t fit your mouth around (we double-dare you to try!). These burgers come with grilled cheese instead of buns, and if that’s not enough to pique your interest, the classic flavours and always fresh beef patties will have you coming back for more. Take these home after a great day exercising and having fun in...

Sherwood Park

Moving away from food, Sherwood Park is a lovely area that has lots of activities for everyone. Including an off-leash dog area, bike trails, walking paths, and hiking trails, Sherwood Park is a great place to visit. Park across from the church on Sunnybrook, pack a picnic, and take off onto the hiking trails that can lead you all the way to Don Mills and Leslie.

Safari Bar & Grill - 1749 Avenue Rd.

For the Adults

Safari Bar & Grill is an awesome place to unwind, have a good meal, a few drinks, and play some pool. They have ping pong tables alongside the billiards, and have a great patio that reflects the cool vibe and interior of the restaurant.

And for dessert, don’t forget Bobbette and Belle (3347 Yonge St.) for some of the best cupcakes Toronto has to offer. There are so many amazing destinations in Toronto, so check out some additional areas in the city that our team recommends: Bloordale Village and Trinity Bellwoods. (image source)
